This Palomar vanity top with an integral sink is handcrafted of NativeStone, an innovative, remarkably strong blend of cement and jute fiber that is surprisingly lightweight for concrete, extraordinarily heavy-duty in the bathroom and refreshingly easy when it comes to clean-up.
Palomar has received several honors: GREEN GOOD Design award 2016; 2015 Best New Bath Product by This Old House magazine; and 2015 Architizer A+ Product Awards Special Mention.
Concrete combined with natural fibers, hand formed by artisans and sealed for protection, each piece in the NativeStone Collection is a one-of-a-kind work of art. Its value is enhanced by unique variations, further heightened by fill markings for visual interest. Variation in texture, shade, and coloration as well as rough edges, fissures, and other natural imperfections are inherent to the handmade nature of the collection.
